Saga was a band that formed in Ontario, Canada in the late 1970's as a band called Pockets. They released their first album in 1978 (self-titled). It was their 4th album, Images at Twilight (1981), which finally landed them a top 40 single on the Canadian charts (“Wind Him Up” peaked at no. 22). It was also this album that featured the song "On the Loose", which charted at no. 26 on the Billboard Charts in the USA.

Saga's final album to produce a chart success in the USA was the album Heads or Tales (1983). Some of you may remember the hit song "The Flyer" from this album. As the years have gone by, and Saga has experimented with their style, fans have remained loyal. At the time of this writing, their latest studio release was in 2014 (Sagacity).
