The Storm Band

The Storm was a hard rock group made up of rock veterans (mostly from Journey) that formed in San Francisco around 1990.  Based on their background in the industry, and the likeability of their single "Show Me the Way", the Storm quickly inked a deal with a subsidiary of Atlantic Records.  The band's first album, a self-titled release that hit shelves in 1991, included this song (the song peaked at #6 on the Mainstream Rock charts and #26 on the Billboard Hot 100).  In 1992, the Storm went on tour supporting Bryan Adams, and then later with Eddie Money and Peter Frampton.

The Storm's second album, Eye of the Storm, was actually recorded in 1993, but went unreleased until 1996 after the label switched to hip-hop music.  By this time, the band had split and members went on to different projects.  Another release was not to be.  The Storm Discography is as follows:
