XT Christian Metal Band

XT was an early 1990's Christian heavy metal band that hailed from Sweden.  The "XT" is a reference to Christ.  The band was formed in 1992 by Bjorn Stiggson after his previous band, Leviticus, disbanded after 10 years.  After teaming up with Sonny Larsson, the band's first release, self-titled, hit shelves in 1992.  Throughout the band's career, they never really had a solid line-up of musicians, but instead used friends to fill the studio-musician void. 

Altogether, XT released three albums before breaking up in 1995.  Although they never really took off in the USA or UK, they did have a decent following in Japan.  It is important to note that their first album was not as heavy as future releases, featuring heavy keyboards and other sampling.  The XT Discography is as follows:
