Fashion Plates
The Tomy brand of Fashion Plates first came out in the 1970's and were manufactured into the 1990's and beyond. The plates were patterned plates that a kid put together to form a fashionable outfit, and then colored over with paper and colored pencils. Mattel had a version of the fashion plates for Barbie where you would use pre-cut Barbie dresses which you would color in with markers.
