Tim Feehan was a Canadian singer/songwriter who released a number of albums throughout the 1980's and beyond. Feehan's music career started in 1980 with the release of a single, titled "Leaving for Maui", that he wrote with his band Footloose. The song was a huge hit in Canada. The song was subsequently released on the band's self-titled release in 1980. Feehan released his first solo album, called Sneak Preview, in 1981. His first few albums were rockish in a Billy Joel/Richard Marx sort of way.
In 1990, Feehan released his fourth album (Full Contact), which was a heavier rock album than previous releases. Feehan was involved in a number of different projects in the 1990's, but still managed to release Pray for Rain in 1996 (another rock album). Although many of us in the USA are not that familiar with Tim Feehan, fans of singers like Richard Marx and Bryan Adams will really like Tim Feehan. At the time of this writing in early 2016, Feehan was still active in the music industry, mainly as a songwriter. The Tim Feehan Discography is as follows:
