Tall Stories was an early 90's melodic metal band out of NYC. The band featured lead singer Steve Augeri, who sang for both Tyketto and Journey at various times during his music career. The band released their first, self-titled album in 1991. Although it was not hailed as a game changing production, it has garnered more attention in hindsight.

Shortly after the limited success of their first release, Tall Stories began working on a new album (1993). This project, which was intended to be a different musical avenue than their initial release, ended up being shelved until 2009. After some touch up to the original recordings, Skyscraper was finally released. Fans of the first release may or may not like Skyscraper (it is very different). In the 2000's, the band was still known to be active, even reuniting for a performance at the Firefest V in the UK (2008). The Tall Stories Discography is as follows:
